Ethiopian Cooking Course with Dinner

Together with Hiwet, we immersed ourselves in the fascinating world of Ethiopian cuisine on October 27, 2024, and prepared the traditional dish Injera – a light and fluffy flatbread served with delicious vegetarian side dishes. The preparation was not only a culinary experience but also a journey of discovery into the flavors of Ethiopia.

Afterward, we enjoyed a cozy dinner together. During the meal, Eva shared stories from her travels to Africa and gave us personal insights into her experiences. She also provided fascinating information about Bukaya's educational projects, which support a better future for children and young people in the region. To conclude the evening, Hiwet performed a traditional coffee ceremony.
